Yeo's chicken curry, the curry is nice but there are too many small pieces of bones in the can. -
Wah seh, late morning hunger spam, ordered Milo dinosaur plus onion egg prata, asked to fry it more garing, and the curry be top with a table spoon of sambal

hi happyheart
for this egg recipe i use perfect italiano grated mozzarella. for those block ones, to prevent corners from turning mouldy i usually use a clean and dry knife to cut portion i needed to use and keep the rest in its original packing before placing whole packet into another plastic bag. this way can keep much longer for me. also prevents corners from hardening. do try. -
Hi, happyheart.
I remember read it somewhere, to keep the cheese block from turning mouldy, after each cut, prepare a kitchen towel, serviette towel or food wrapping paper lightly wet (sprinkle) with vinegar to wrap the cut cheese block, store it in a ziplock bag and keep it in the cheese compartment of the fridge. This may alter the cheese flavor a bit, the next use, just slice off to discard a thin layer of the cheese that come into contact with the vinegared paper, should you prefer the authentic cheese flavor.
Hope this helps.:) -
My family is not into cheese, but my western friends cut their cheese in smaller chunks and freeze. Then they take out what they need each time.

[/quote]If Yeo's Chicken Curry is more spicy, I would like it better but my son who is starting to take curry says its just nice for him. He always say my home cook curry is too spicy for him, DS2 has not started on curry yet.
The can has abt 3 pieces of chicken and 1 pc of potatoe. Yup, bits of bones are at the base of the can. I think for $2.40 (NTUC) a can, quality is not bad leh, I found out that I-econ is selling at only $1.80!!!
Yet to try out Yeo's new Prata Curry (gravy only). I think it has different level of spicyness. Has anyone tried before?
