        thank you for your welcome.

        love these food threads...

mozzarella egg. break an egg into a bowl, add enough mozzarella cheese to cover egg. no seasoning required as cheese is salty enough. mix well. heat nonstick pan. i use happycall. add little oil. add egg mix. cook as for scrambled eggs but dh likes it browned. serve on bread or prata with a dash of black pepper.
        delish! smells wonderful too.

We love mozzarella too! Can you share how you keep the cheese from turning mouldy? I usually buy a block because I like to slice it fresh and wrap the remainder in aluminium foil before putting into bag. However, the corner tends to turn mouldy even after 2 weeks.

Yeo's chicken curry, the curry is nice but there are too many small pieces of bones in the can.

              hi happyheart

for this egg recipe i use perfect italiano grated mozzarella. for those block ones, to prevent corners from turning mouldy i usually use a clean and dry knife to cut portion i needed to use and keep the rest in its original packing before placing whole packet into another plastic bag. this way can keep much longer for me. also prevents corners from hardening. do try.

                Hi, happyheart.

I remember read it somewhere, to keep the cheese block from turning mouldy, after each cut, prepare a kitchen towel, serviette towel or food wrapping paper lightly wet (sprinkle) with vinegar to wrap the cut cheese block, store it in a ziplock bag and keep it in the cheese compartment of the fridge. This may alter the cheese flavor a bit, the next use, just slice off to discard a thin layer of the cheese that come into contact with the vinegared paper, should you prefer the authentic cheese flavor.

                Hope this helps.:)

My family is not into cheese, but my western friends cut their cheese in smaller chunks and freeze. Then they take out what they need each time.

soft-boiled egg white (no egg yolks)

2 piece of toast (plain without kaya or butter) 😢

                      coffee-O (ko-song) šŸ˜‰
