Anybody know for the ACSJ balloting in P2B, whether is it for < 1km, 1-2 km or >2 km? Where to get such info?

LOLMum:
:rotflmao: Good morning, LOLMun, well well, first, I was very amused by skiley's remark \"...the horse bluff you..\", then hor, if this is before GE2011, I would say \"... I don't know what to say......\" (and stamp my feet 3 times)
....the horse bluff you.
Dorisp, this :faint: is your no. ? u been :faint: quite a bit recently leh
But now, after the GE, I have replaced the sentence \"I don't know what to say..\" with :faint: lor.....
 -
Yeah… Imust go ask teh horse again when i see her cause she told a few parents and I $600.

It is for out of 2km.
I posted this central sch thread as of yday, u can also call the sch to ask.
\"Ok I clocking some credits here.
Called acs jr and confirmed.
remember my previous post on 20 jul afternoon. initial update: 40 within 1km (38 SC 2 PR) this number eventually increased to 43 within 1km and 11 1-2km. at end of registration. Hence 43+11 = 54 seats. but! 1of the 43 is a PR. (42 SC 1 PR). Hence that seat has to be taken out for out of 2km to ballot.
Honestly that was the question some parents were asking previously, why are the 2 PR (initially, 1 must have withdrawn knowing his chances) get to keep their seats. and sch also announced no balloting required. I was puzzled but too relieved to think much then.
The staff has confirmed that the 1 PR place has to be given out for the lottery draw.
hope this helps to clear the confusion.
Info is accurate as dbl checked with the sch \" -

Can anyone here advise whether I should choose ACS primary or junior for 2C? I’m staying <1KM between the 2 school.
Thanks! -

The break down for last year 2012 intake in phase2c within 1km as follows:
ACS junior 64 vacancies : 76 applicants
ACS primary. 24 vacancies : 29 applicants
Both ACS need to be balloted. -

Hi sglady, I have the same problem as you. Staying within 1km within both ACSJ and ACSP, not sure which to register and I think I will look at the numbers first 2 days before I decide. Likely may need balloting in both schools based on past data -
looking at this year’s stats at phase 2B, those who cant get in wil try again as well so high likelyhood of balloting within 1km for both schools.
