The most sought after in Tampines area should be St. Hilda’s Primary.
Maybe the next popular one is Gongshan ? I am not sure. -

st hilda is very popular.
gongshan, Poi ching and chong zheng should be good cos they are popular just as well. -
thanks. But I think chances of getting in to St. Hilda would be very very slim as it is very popular and I live more than 2 km.I am choosing between Gongshang and Chongzheng.I need more informations on the 2 schools.can anyone help?

what type of info do you need?
i guess to start off, you need to see which is the one is the most likely that you can get in. you can refer to http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/content/2006-2007-primary-1-balloting-history
for balloting history. i only remember from past records that chongzheng need balloting for those residing <1km under phase 2C. -
It seems like both schools goes balloting on the Phase 2c.I think my chances of getting in to Chongzheng is greater than going to Gongshang.
Anyway, thanks. -
Hi -
I am very keen on St Hilda’s for my daugther. Having seen some of the Pri 1 topics, I realized that it is one of the most popular schools in the East. I live in Pasir Ris and plan to volunteer (that’s it if I am accepted!!) and would be grateful for comments / tips from parents who have kids there and / or have had experience with the school.
Further, recommendations on other good schools around Pasir Ris would be very helpful too.
Thanks!
Cheers! -
St. Hilda's is right up there with the best, along with the likes of RGS and Tao Nan. It's going to be tough trying to get a place in there.
http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/school/pasir-ris-primary-school and http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/school/white-sands-primary-school are pretty decent schools by their own right. You should consider them if they are very near to you.
If you are nearer to Bedok, there's http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/school/red-swastika-school which has had solid performance in the past few years in PSLE. -
Thanks, Chief for the information.
