      If like me you suffer from bloatedness and water retention especially nearing your menstral period, try lymphatic drainage massage. Go for a massage after your menses clears. It helps get rid of toxins and improves blood circulation.
      This sounds interesting. Will check out lymphatic drainage massage. Btw, do u have any places to recommend?

      I know it helps to have someone encouraging and keeping you company when you are trying to change a habit, be it exercise or diet, etc, so lets just be each others' support.

      In the meantime, I've picked up swimming again. I find that it helps in the cardio and overall body toning. Also, less stressful on the joints too!! Don't quite fancy running, as all that perspiring makes me itch!! :lol:

        Yah... it's true. And they usually harrass us when we are trying to relax. Don't like it when they hard sell. So, whenever I make my annual pilgrimmage to Msia, I will squeeze in a couple of massage sessions when I am there. :lol:

          Yah I dun really like to go to those spas either. Always trying to get you sign this or that package.


          Haizzz... Sorry cannot really help here. I used to have a China lady who does the massage for me. She charges cheap, only $40/hr. And the best part is she comes to my home. But she has gone back to China since Jan this year. 😢

          So far, the charges at massage places range from $60 -$100+ but dunno which ones are good.

                I have had different varieties of green tea and have actually felt the difference that it makes in our lifestyle. Considering your concern on weight loss, yes! it is one of the benefits you get when you have a habit of drinking green tea with some simple exercises.
