it has to be the boy’s catholic baptism certificate specifically. others won’t be applicable for phase 2B application.

I think this is just rumours. You might want to clarify this with who you heard this from. Similarly you can also reach out to MSHSP to enquire.

MSHS is a SAP school.

Yes, only HCL is available for P1. It does not offer other languages.
