      Total Amount of 50-cents = Total Amount of 20-cents + $15
      (Number of 20-cents * $0.50) + (12 * $0.50) = (Number of 20-cents * $0.20) + $15
      Number of 20-cents * $0.30 = $9
      Number of 20-cents = 30
