Usually for me, I will first suspect UTI. There is actually a very cheap way to cure in TCM way, cooking chinese barley. I will usually cook chinese barley with the following: chi xiao dou, bian dou, deng xin, mai tong and "cooked" barley. This is a cooling tea as well. The purpose of this tea is to let us pass urine out more, reason to wash the urinary tract. I must say, it is effective, cheap and nice to drink. There is usually no problem to get my kids to drink. Just a small note, kids who are G6PD can’t drink this tea, due to the bian dou. So must remember NOT to add this herb in if really want to drink.

hi i used to have difficulty sleeping too. Either hard to fall asleep, or i’ll wake up in the middle of the night and toss n turn for ages. I know how torturous it can be and i really sympathise!! A few things i’ve found to be helpful:- Regular exercise - Make sure u unwind for at least 30min before u go to bed. Watch tv, read a bk, anyting to relax.- If u’re not even tired or sleepy, don’t force yrself to sleep cos u’ll end up tossing n turning n feeling frustrated.- Axe oil n DIY head massage Hope this helps!!

No need to use glutinous rice (my humble experience). Just use the regular short grain rice that the Japanese use. Use the amount of water they advice, and add that sushi vinegar that most of the supermarkets sell. It's usually in the Japanese section. They even sell sushi vinegar powder (same section, in a box) if you're worried abut pouring liquid into rice that already seems too wet to you.But the entire rice IS rather sticky - that's why it clumps so well. Daiso sells these little plastic rice scoop (looks like a small paddle) that are miraculously non sticky to rice (must be some non-electromagnetic/zero static type of plastic). The surface is bumpy as well, not flat. It's really worthwhile getting if you happen to be in the area. After that, you will surely make sushi more than once, so it'll be worth the $1.99 you would have paid.

I had before but not painful. I had high fever and had to be hospitalized. It was a result of an urinary tract infection that was resistent to the antibiotic used, so the infection went up to the kidney.

I know this sounds odd but would you know if your flabby tummy is due to the loose skin or poor muscle tone? You can definitely tighten a flabby tummy with stomach exercises but if the skin is loose and that's causing the flab then you might want to try some self massage with lots of lifting steps. A tightening and lifting product used with the massage with give you better results. As a mum who has been doing slimming massage for my customers for many years, i've seen alot of tummies with all sorts of problems but exercise is still a must for toned muscles Massage really helps with the lifting and tightening of the skinI have some massage steps i use on myself which i can share here but not sure if i can scan it and post it as an image here, will try!

Mebbe we should put it up for sale at Trading corner. Who know, we might find the other missing side. My daughter too has a lot of one-sided earrings.

i did make sure all the cloths r dry before keeping them away n i don overcrowd my wardrobe. i don hang any worn cloths in my room either…i oso put those wooden scented balls but still got one kind of smell…but erm…mine is walk-in wardrobe concept… so is there a problem? it is ‘connected’ to the master bedroom toilet but i do keep my toilet door close all the time…

that happened to my friend too. always living in her brother’s shadow. same primary school, different sec sch, same JC. they were 4 years apart. they went to the same overseas uni too, and EVEN THERE they were compared. she felt that she was always XX’s sister, and quite sad, hard to find own identity, esp when she was less brilliant than he was.
