In 2/5 hours, car would have travelled 35*2/5 = 14 km more than lorry.

(a) Distance travelled by lorry in 2/5 hours = (75 - 14)/2 = 30.5 km
(b) Speed of lorry = 30.5km/(2/5 h) = 30.5*5/2 = 70.25 km/h

Sorry I came back late. Pirate is correct. I find the speed of lorry first.
Just take note that the 70.25 km/h is 76.25 km/h . Little mistake there because 6 looks like 0.
