Anyone knows if CHIJ OLQP needs to do PV? We are just > 2KM away and the only route is Phrase 2C. Was thinking of applying for PV at CHIJ OLQP to get into Phase 2B. IS PV still open? My DD will be in the 2014 registration for 2015 intake.

Also, any views between CHIJ OLQP and Beacon Primary? Any comments which is better?

Actually from above stats, you don’t need to PV if you are citizen. Phase 2C still has many places left. Safe lah.

There will be a new primary school (West Spring Primary) near Segar LRT, which will open for Primary One (P1) registration this year and take in students from 2014. Anyone knows will they be having open house and when?

It really depends. When Beacon was opened about 6 years back, for phase 2C (which was the only phase then), there was no balloting and no one was turned away.
