        Does yoga strain the knees?
I read online certain poses may not be suitable for people with knee pain

Usually the instructors will tell you to avoid some aasanas for those with knee pain. Or show some variations that can minimise impact on knee.

I think weekday morning timeslots would hv more housewives in exercise classes. Youngsters either in school or at work.

Senja-Cashew CC has aqua aerobics classes.

It is a picture image showing all in one.

I am referring to the FDA, GMP, OTC, NSF cert.
                  As well as the BSCG.

I believe the Halal cert is more for the Muslim community as all products that they consumed need to be halal certified.

Being in my mid 30s, I was troubled with weight gain for the past one year. I had put on 5 kg in just a year.

In desperation, I took on Zumba and running. I exercised at least 3 times a week. However, my weight still not coming down. However, I do still feel fitter up till now. Zumba has helped me to raise my stamina which is quite good.

Only recently, my friend recommended me to do a colon cleansing for a month. It was great! After two weeks in the program, my round tummy was gone. I lost about 2 inches at my waist line and about 1.5 kg within that two weeks. I also saw a difference in my stools day by day and the colour of the stools changes from light colour to darker colour. I am coming to an end of the program and I feel a lighter body.

I also changes my diet habits and cut down on sugary stuff as well.

Now, I am still active in my exercise to maintain my fitness and taking supplements to bring down my weight.

Yoga is good. If it hurts then don't do the pose. Try something else.
Taking glucosamine will help to relieve the pain.[/quote]Yes.. Do the poses which you are comfortable with. If any part of your body hurts, don't do that pose. Don't over-exert yourself and strain your body unnecessarily.

When your body is more used to the stretching & bending, move on slowly to more \"challenging\" poses. Stretch to the fullest for every pose. Don't rush thru the movements. Yoga is all about attaining a calm & healthy balance of our mind & body. And it does wonders to your body shape too.. šŸ˜„
