not really.. phase 2B ballot was for 1-2km.. all wihtin 1km sc got it.. so those balloted out actually no chance at all for 2C

Plmgs already has 45 SCs within 1km applying by 10.30am. Just done my registration by that time and they checked for me. And this is the first day and first session. Chances quite high to ballot with 1km according to what they see. Sigh…

Funny thing…some sch left with just 5 seats and some has no applicant at all! What a great difference! From MOE statistic, you can easily spot which are the hot sch.
