Any remedies for one who is very tired every day?

does taking chicken essence works and stay alert?
-
I am one of them; likely to be due to stress and am a light sleeper too.
Chicken essence has no effect on me. -
a B-complex supplement may be the solution. may be good to give the kids a light B supplment from time to time to prevent any deficiency. lack of this may result in chronic fatigue and difficulty to concentrate in class.

there's a list of all the deficiency of all the various b vitamins. my family feels more energetic after we started to supplement B a few years back. -
Perhaps try TCM, let the doctor find out what is the root problem.

I feel that doing exercise first thing in the morning before work helps to keep me alert throughout the day.
Avoid reading non-fiction, reading from smart phone or iPad or watching TV at least half an hour before sleep. They stimulate the mind, making it harder to relax. It may result in poor quality sleep.
The optimal sleeping hours is said to be 1.5 hours interval. 6 hours, 7.5 hours or 9 hours. 1.5 hours is how long it takes to finish one sleep cycle. Waking early or later than it is like waking on the wrong side of the bed. -
I have a friend who swears on taking BlackPearl Garlic to help him to have more energy…you may want to try?

Yeah I agree, this kind of situation can be due to less quality sleep. I used to face the same situation a few months back. My doc suggested me to intake more and more healthy food and also to take enough sleep without any tension on mind. I think you must visit a doc for proper diagnosis.

To reduce fatigue, start with altering your diet and exercise regime. When you wake up every morning, flush your system with 1 full glass of warm water, then take your bath. After your bath, drink another glass of water with a bit of lemon juice squeezed in it. I usually wait another 15 minutes, then drink a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice for an added boost of vitamins.
As a general rule of thumb, avoid processed foods. I.e. canned food, cured meat, biscuits, snacks, instant noodles, white bread, white rice, etc. Also, do not drink sugary drinks after your lunch / breakfast as sugar causes fatigue. Drink tea without added sugar for an instant perk-me-up.
As for exercise, try to squeeze in at least 2 exercise sessions a week. You can do simple cardio / weight training at home in 15 minutes - trust me, that’s all you need to get your heart rate pumping and your sweat pouring! There are many youtube workouts you can follow. Just search ‘10 minute workout’ or ‘victoria’s secret workout’ or ‘insanity workout’… There are many variations. Alternatively, I really enjoy going for half hour jogs while plugged in to my favourite music… Really revitalises me and it’s pretty therapeutic, too.
For the record, Brands Essence of Chicken really does work wonders. Better than coffee, I reckon! -
Thanks for your kind advice Beatrice. I am very fond of cookies and biscuits.
i'll try to cut down those. Thank you once again.

According to the doctor, we should exercise at least 3 times a week. There are many fitness classes that one can sign up at the community centres. I have been doing yoga and zumba at my next door CC for a while. Supposed to do brisk walking on wednesdays but that depends on the weather, haze conditions etc.
When I need to be energised, I drink chicken essence too.
Also, take time to relax, watch your favorite tv programmes or listen to music.
