    Any remedies for one who is very tired every day?

      One of the symptons of Vit B deficiency is fatigue/ tireness.

      There is many brand of Vit B complex supplements in the market, you may want to look out in the pharmacy. Redoxon is Vit C, does not help fatigue or energy boost, but helps to build immunity.

        If he has problem of feeling tired or sleepy from time to time . I recommend him consuming sheep placenta capsule. Everyone who has eaten it feel energized and their cell starts to be rejuvenated. It is good for his well being as well 😉 Alot of my customers are students.                 I am one of them; likely to be due to stress and am a light sleeper too.

                Chicken essence has no effect on me.

                  a B-complex supplement may be the solution. may be good to give the kids a light B supplment from time to time to prevent any deficiency. lack of this may result in chronic fatigue and difficulty to concentrate in class.

                  there's a list of all the deficiency of all the various b vitamins. my family feels more energetic after we started to supplement B a few years back.

                      I feel that doing exercise first thing in the morning before work helps to keep me alert throughout the day.


                      Avoid reading non-fiction, reading from smart phone or iPad or watching TV at least half an hour before sleep. They stimulate the mind, making it harder to relax. It may result in poor quality sleep.

                      The optimal sleeping hours is said to be 1.5 hours interval. 6 hours, 7.5 hours or 9 hours. 1.5 hours is how long it takes to finish one sleep cycle. Waking early or later than it is like waking on the wrong side of the bed.
