Secondary School Chinese

Hi SoWoW, I have 新世纪高级汉语词典 but it's not specific to 成语。 I go online nowadays. Some URLs I use are as follows.
http://tool.httpcn.com/ChengYu/
http://www.chazidian.com/cy/
http://www.zdic.net/cy/
For the 3 URLs above, you can also check 字 and 词 besides 成语。The URLs I have given leads you directly to 成语, but just click on 字典 or 词典 at the page to check word or phrase accordingly.
For generic search, I would use
http://dict.youdao.com/

Hi Mintleaf,
thanks thanks, you are so resourceful.
Parents here, do you coach your Sec one chinese or outsource?
I do not think he has the time to go for any chinese tuition, am planning to do the revision with him at home. Anyone doing home coaching, can share how do u do it? What are the assessment books that u will recommend? -

Hi Daisyt, When did the school order for them last year? The books seem really interesting, I would like to quickly get them for my dd if school is not doing it this year.

[quote=\"MintLeaf\"]I went to Popular today and couldn't find 窗前的小豆豆。Where do you find such books?
Did you ask them? I remember seeing it before.
I believe this is an abridged version because it is quite short, you can get to read it here first if you still cannot get the book:

I think, somewhere in October, its was their end of year holidays' assessment. Actually my dd said quite boring, I guess because she has read the English version.

I just checked with Popular. They don’t have the Chinese version of Totto Chan. Any idea where I can get a copy?

You try Popular @ Bras Brasah ? They have wide collection of chinese books there. If not, those bookshops in Bras Brasah. -
is it 窗前的小豆豆 or 窗边的小豆豆 ?
Coincidentally, I ordered 窗边的小豆豆 from dangdang. Order still on the way to Singapore, I hope it won't be out-of-stock. I was ordering other books for my primary school kid and I thought 窗边的小豆豆 looks interesting - so it is required text for our Secondary 1 ?
Anyway, I'll suggest call up Kinokuniya Chinese department or Popular customer service and give them the ISBN. If they don't stock, ask whether they can order for you :
