I understand from my child that the Magazine BroaderPerspertive -the school already help them to subscribe using the EduFund...
My child now in Y4,
Last Year they subscribe \"Present Prefect\" ...another local magazine which is for the lower Sec.

oh yeah, that's right. It is so competitive nowadays... they'll need CCA, CIP and lots of other additional profile in addition to their straight As before they can get into those popular courses they want in uni. Not easy at all. :rant:
if i not wrong, A level grades also have certain points system similar to O level L1R5.....one can still get into their choice uni course with excellent results. cca achievements, ocip, leadership are definitely required for scholarship n also useful when applying for job -

Once my niece wrote in to appeal when she couldn't get into Accoutancy, the reply was \" striaght As is a norm and not exception\". It clearly implied that with excellent academic results is not good enough for certain courses. -
