Volunteer is not a everyday affair, they are required mainly for events which may happen a few times a year and for limited number of volunteers for each event. Think about it, members we are talking about are those with kids are only 5 mths old to kids who is registering next year, and for 5 SHHK schools in Spore !!! Imagine the number of members you need to fight with ?!
It is not like the usual school PV where maybe you have only that 20-30 parents to snatch job with and even with these small number, school PV also require snatching jobs in most case !!! -

When u say \"snatch\" : I suppose u mean must respond very, very fast to the email sent out, asking for volunteers.
But, what if other PVs at Hokkien Huay Kuan also eagerly awaiting ready to snatch : then, are there enough activities for so many PVs around, to clock up ? -

Which are the less popular schools, easier to get in ?

Welcome to KSP & all the best.. It is expected to see a stiff competition as 2014 is one of the highest number of babies and it is comparable to Dragon year..

Do not put high hopes in getting letter from the clan. You should still prepare a school for Phase 2C just in case you don't get the letter for Phase 2B. Please note that joining the clan and doing volunteer works do not guarantee a letter.Dear Parents,

300 hours of volunteer work .. is a LOT, compared to 40-hour PV. Kudos to the clan volunteers !
