Anyone can recommend an effective place, for component English Oral ? Thank you, in advance.

      (can pm me)
Signed up for lilbutmighty online oral course. Good.

The composition online course was a disaster. They will not send reminders to chase you to hand up the work. Decided never ever to go for online composition class ever again.

Composition- just read a lot of stories, seriously, if you believe. Practise writing too.

By end of P5 SA2, Gep students' curriculum would have probably already covered (been taught) entire P6 Mainstream syllabus ?

Perhaps come P6 ... Gep curriculum may touch on lower Secondary (Science / Maths ) MOE syllabus, too ?

        Perhaps Geppers probably
been taught way ahead in advance, beyond P6 Mainstream syllabus, thus explaining the reasons behind why \"99 percent of Geppers scored > 95 percent in P6 Prelims \" ?

In 2019 P6 Mainstream, many prinary schools still yet to complete teaching Science topics, by end of P6 SA1 (Term 2), like:-

        Energy
        Forces
        Food Web (Chain)

        Pollution
        Environment
        Structural Adaptation
        Population

However, these topics (above), probably would have already been taught (covered) by end of P5 SA2, in GEP curriculum, which is taught in advance, ahead of Mainstream curriculum ?
As far as I remember mine still have some science topics not covered by end of p5 e.g. forces, adaptation etc.. and math topics lile speed... and definitely p6 chinese not covered yet haha.

I bought Homework books for P1-P2 maths as extra topical practice. It is like an easy assessment book.

Level of difficulty is not hard at all. Similar level to the Workbook (which my kid uses in school). Basic qns per topic mirroring the textbook and 1-2 starred (*) qns at the end of each topic that are higher difficulty than the rest. May be a waste of your money unless for simple use as basic revision per topic.

For GEP students : most of their parents are expecting a minimum of 260 & above, for their children

For Mainstream students : can be a wide range.
Some parents are happy, if their child can pass PSLE (instead of channelled by MOE to a specialized Secondary school, for those who failed PSLE), or can hit Express stream (200), or can achieve 210 / 220 / 230 / 240 / 250 and above.

GEP takes in top 1% of those who scored well in the selection test. The succeeding few % are not far behind. With proper training and hard work, I don’t see why top mainstream kids should not top the psle.
