which school is this ?

insider:
members of the male human species have taken unimaginable punishment to have sex with a female, since the beginning of time.... 桃花 is not always good. Meeting a 烂桃花 can destroy one's life completely. So all big boys, young men, old men, etc, do need to exercise full control of their 'animal instinct' when meeting 桃花...
This behaviour has not changed in a million years,
apart from slight differences in some places today,
where punishment is very severe under specific circumstances, like;
1. having sex with a female against her will, aka rape
2. having sex with a minor, aka statutory rape.
otherwise, life goes on as usual? -
U can measure success... but you cannot measure integrity...
Side track a bit...
\"Sales manager takes upskirt videos with pin-hole camera pen\"

... citing stress at work and home leads to him comitting the crime... win liao lor... blame in on the society?
Btw, they selling these pen in Funan/SLS?? Cannot imagine if the kids in schools are using these as well.... -

Totally agree!!JMHO.
This has nothing to do with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.
Take away the indicatives, this is about an adult preying on a child. Intentionally, with malice. -
dunnoleh:
:goodpost:citing the role of parenting, or lack of parenting does not reduce the weight of this crime,
nor does it provide justification for the teacher to have sex with his student who is a minor.
An irrelevant distraction, I think.
no society can ever be so perfect that every single child enjoys good parental guidance.
There will always be children in less privileged circumstances.
But this does not mean that one can commit statutory rape. -

Disclaimer first: my posts have nothing to do with CookiesMonster's. I understand where you're coming from. These are JMHO.

To add on.
EVEN if the victim did seduce the perpetrator, she is still a child. The adult involved should know better. No matter how enticing the situation. That is the basic difference between children and adults: maturity, decency, the know-how plus the sheer will and strength to say no and turn away.
Children at one time or another will tempt fate and attempt anything (including dangerous situations) at their fancy.
Most adults will exercise self control, those who don't will be incarcerated, else we will live in a chaotic society. -

My comments are also not directly aimed at cookie monsters' either.. Just that I'm not good with words, and some of you have phrased my thoughts in written form much better than I could myself..
As a FTWM (with many many years to go) with 2 DDs, I shudder to think what is out there.. for me, the one public place I expect (now, hope) to be the safest for the child would be the school. Maybe it is a very 'childish' expectation but of all the people in the world, the last person (besides family) i would imagine to betray me and my child's trust is the teacher. That's why we think by keeping them in a better school, of spend more time in school with activities/ CCA especially if no one is home would keep them safe.. geez... this world that they are growing up in is so scary...
EVEN if they were really in love, did they need to go physical and on 2 occasions? If it is truly in the name of LOVE, by all means guide her, give her the care and concern but for haveans sake please abstain till she is older... After all he is 10 years older, he is suppose to have the maturity. The adult in particular THE TEACHER is expected to know better..
For me, sorry, no matter whichever justification, I see no excuse for the teacher's action.. :x :x -

Yes.
In 10 days I shall be
I know what you mean.
Today DD cried for me (again) in the morning when she woke up.
Almost every morning, she sees momma not next to her, she will kick up a fuss.
And when I get home, she will \"koala\" me.
I will be her \"tree\" throughout our dinner, shower, bedtime stories and singing, and then off to dreamland.
