Part of Victoria Park GCBs are right next to an ex-cemetery plot. And many tycoons live there :lol: . Maybe that's the reason . . . :? ahhh

There is a relatively new condo at Laurel Wood (off Sixth Ave). The open land on the other side of the road used to be a Chinese cemetery, right?

My late grandma used to always say…it’s good to stay next to a cemetry, The good "qi" will come to your house.

Actually buying a property near cemetery may has its advantage as its property valuation may not be as high compared to other properties some distance away. However, should put into consideration the implications, like considering the feelings of the young kids (especially given their imaginative minds, the sights of cemetery may cause shudders down their spine and wild thoughts).

Of course, remember to do a checklist to evaluate certain aspects before deriving at a decision
