      hi, regarding the cough.

      Maybe u can try tis.
Try rubbing vicks at the bottom of the feet and put on socks. Rubbing vicks on chest helps too.

Hey! That's the exact recipe used by my wife!

Is it effective? Dunno. But it does put my children to sleep and eliminate all the coughing :).

It's quite typical... my 2yo son fell sick a week after he entered child care, spent a week at home, went back to child care, fell sick again within the week, spent another week at home, went back to child care again, fell sick again... the cycle repeated itself so many times within the first 2 months that he spent more time at home than at the child care. They don't call it \"child care\" for nothing  . It's apparently part of the \"resistance\" building process.

It happened to mine too. Sheโ€™d fall sick every month. Sick for a week, lose appetite for 2 weeks, well for another 2 and then ill again. Its so frequent that our family physician suggested the flu vaccine. Seems to work for frequency has reduced significantly.

Try to put him through some aerobic sports like swimming and jogging. They really help if you keep at it everyday. Help to build up resistance naturally.
