RRMummy:
Yes, I hope so. It could be a blessing in disguise. Anyway, now no more headache whether to choose or not. The MOE has decided for me.
:snuggles:GSK:
Maybe complaints only comes after \"unsuccessful\".
Sob sob.......
Try to keep your spirits high... I know it is easier said than done.. ...when a door closes, a window opens somewhere...
and sometimes later you might find that this may be your silver lining after all...
Take care dear
Quite sickening the whole process. Sorry to say that. -
GSK:
Hang in there.. it could still be that all is not loss.. but it is going to be a trying month ahead.. :frustrated:

Frankly speaking, a bit immuned, maybe recently quite busy with my work, so tat’s why u see me "disappear"
After the GE boundaries issue, so happy with those that has put into the voluntary work not being wasted (even thou this may not guarantee a place). But now with this unexpected issue, again unfairness for those voluntary. Why can’t decide to announce it before the school decided how many PVs to get or at least voluntary ppl are prepared for the worst. Is a bit too sudden news, but looks like only ME urggghhhhh. -
LKVM:
Thank you very much for your guidance!
Come 18th or 19th July you need to proceed to the CHIJ school with all the relavant documents and fill up the form there.genie23:
We are recent PR to Singapore & looking at CHIJ Katong for our daughter under Phase 2B.
Where & when can i get the application form?
Thank you in advance for your help -
Hi Folks!
Pls advise what you would do if there’s only the following choices:
@ Geylang Methodist Pri - Phase 2A2
@ Loyang Primary School - Phase 2A2
- met the new principal, seems to be quite dynamic.
@ Whitesand Primary Sch - Phase 2C (1-2km using Parent’s add)
@ Elias Park Primary Sch - Phase 2C (1-2km using own add)
- which I am a little puzzled as our hse is only one road away behind the sch.
@ Poi Ching School - Phase 2CS ?? (2-3km using own add)
- i know it’s wishful thinking but bcos my DS2 is v strong in his chinese (his std is comparable to an average sec1 student)…
Many thanks in advance for any help and advice. -
volcano:
Im also under P2B for my DD1. I can feel that there will balloting within 2km. Those outside 2km maybe no chance at all. U will be under 1-2km if under caregiver' address but u must go MOE asap to declare.parents, i would be enrolling my gal to Bukit Panjang Primary School, but in pharse 2B. anyone know will there still be balloting rounds for pharse 2B? Because i am staying >2km from the school. Am wondering should i register under caregiver's address, does it make a different?
thanks. -
Hi Parents,
I know you are getting the jitters being 1st timers registering kids for P1.
All the best to you. -
agentcodybank:
You can pretty much forget this because Poi Ching traditionally@ Poi Ching School - Phase 2CS ?? (2-3km using own add)
had balloting for those living within 2km in Phase 2C. So you will not
even have a chance to ballot in 2C, and all places will be filled
at the end of 2C. -
