        Hi Jazzychloe,

It’s great that you have secured a place for AM session.

For AM sessions, the kids usually have breakfast (cornflakes, bao) at 8am and tea break (fruits) at maybe 10am. Lunch is served to PM sessions.

          Hi jazzy

Am session kids do not take lunch, they only take Bfast and snack. I registered today for k1.

Thanks junietan and porcupine for ur reply! Guess i must hv remembered wrongly, cos i thought after they changed to 4hrs session will include lunch for the AM session. Nevertheless, this is not very important as compared to the establishment and good reviews of the school. 😉

Anyone chose Newton because of relocation and not cause previous kindy was not up to your expectations?

I have just registered my child with Newton, but we all love our current kindy. Just that it’s a tad too far and the timing is not convenient for my new routine after we move later this year. A great sense of sadness and emo about leaving current kindy which my kids had/have attended for past 5-6yrs.

Hope newton will give us the same kind of "loving" feeling LOL

Hi Porcupine, we actually stay pretty far from Newton (we stay at Punggol). Any parents from Punggol too btw?

Anyway I do believe that Newton will provide a loving and nuturing learning environment. Have paid a visit to them before deciding and their teachers gave me a warm and friendly impression. May i know what’s ur current kindy btw? Ur kids are there for 5-6yrs already?

DS1 attended a different kindy. We chose Newton for DS2 coz it is nearer my new place and it is a church-based kindy. I like DS1’s kindy and I’m also very happy with Newton. The teachers are very experienced and you can tell they love the kids. Don’t worry, they will also give you that loving feeling!

                      hi jazzy/mummy3streams

my kids attend/ed fairfield methodist kindy. 5-6 yrs coz my #1 attended since she was 3yr till K2, and my #2 grad'g k2 tis yr, same kindy. My #3 started his pre N last yr.

I so 舍不得 the school, the nice teachers there :(,the very family and humble environment. ooh btw the fees at fairfield is 1/2 the newton fees (even with speech and drama in their curriculum).
