How about his general health? Does he complain of headaches/backaches/ etc often?

And the bed? Maybe the bed is not suitable therefore affecting his sleep?

      Maybe can exercise more ....
he still performs in his job... when he's stressed, he will have headache. his appetite is ok. when he's busy, he will skip lunch. is tis a factor of fatigue too? he also drinks lotsa water. mebe, not enough fruits and veg intake..

bed is not suitable? to us, it is very comfortable leh 😄

Did they check his thyroid levels during the medical?

He could have an underactive thryoid: http://www.bupa.co.uk/individuals/health-information/directory/u/underactive-thyroid

It's relatively simple to treat if so.

I think like beanstalk suggested a trip to the endocrinologist may help check if it is a hormonal issue…

Any possibility of depresssion or GAD (General anxiety disorder) ?

Ah yes,… that’s another valid point that beanstalk put out… my FIL had that… and he was easily tired too, but that was many years ago.

Or it could be the lack of nutrients (skipping lunch). I remember a ex colleague who was on diet was also tired, then the pharmacist tell her cos she lack energy from vitamin B(something) due to her dieting.

Has he tried american ginseng before? Can try those american ginseng in capsule form and take 2 in the morning daily.

If you think that he also need to take multi-vitamins since he skips meal at time, you can also consider multivitamins mix with american ginseng. Just take 1 capsule daily. Quite effective. I recommended to someone before and very positive feedback.
