Am getting a picture that your DH needs to want to get out of this cycle more than you before anything would work…

Can ask how old is your DH and whether he is overweight?

Age - Men will also get menopause, so not sure if he is of that age? A severe drop in Testosterone I think may cause lethargy.

Overweight - As posted above, sleep apnea? He may not be getting quality sleep.

In any case, better to get a doc to check it out.

My DH is above 25 yrs old and is considered slim..

        wats quality sleep?

Hmm >25 yrs of age implies he can be 26 - 99yrs old :faint:

Some people sleep but do not feel rested or their sleep may be interrrupted... For me, the minimum hours of sleep I require in order for me to function fairly normally is abt 5hrs... Anything less than that, my mood and disposition the next day will be affected.

My method is to drink bei qi soup. Cook 3-4 sticks of beiqi 北芪, wolfberry, red dates with any meat about 300g for 2 hours. Drink one a week. You will not feel tired easily.

For 北芪, please buy good ones which costs about $9 a pack.

Maybe then it is something to do with him internally, maybe he should take
vitamins or exercise regularly? I heard exercise helps to increase energy. \"heard\"
because I have no personal experience, my own exercise is climbing stairs from lift to my house.

I read somewhere that unexplained fatigue could be due to eye strain or dry eyes. Does he stare at the computer screen very often? Maybe he needs to see an eye doc or try using artificial tears (eye drops) to see if it helps. Try taking DHA supplements - good for eyes, brain and cardio (heart).
