      Wah! So many goodies here.

For french food I like Ember and Nicolas. Both on keong Siak street.

For Italian it’s Gattopardo for me! I heard Otto is good but have yet to try.
Duck confit at tavern is good too!!

Lots of new places for me to try out based on your recommendations. Thanks!

I recommended Wah Lok at Carlton Hotel in an earlier post. If you would like to experience the authentic feel of ordering from trolleys go for Red Star at Chin Swee. This is cheaper too πŸ˜‰

                  How about northwest Indian? πŸ˜„

Jaggi's is good. Tried it on a friend's recommendation.

For North Indian, I like Daawat Tandoori Restaurant at Thomson. They have pretty good set meals for people who arent sure what to order.

Currently they are having a promotion for Standchart card holders.

For North Indian, if you want a nice restaurant, try out: Song of India (Scotts Road), Rang Mahal (Pan Pac), Shahi Maharani (Raffles City)

A more relaxed restaurant: Vansh (Singapore Indoor Stadium), Heritage (6th Avenue Centre).

Little India has lots of casual, cheap and good Indian restaurants.

Kinara at Clark Quay and East Coast Road serve good North Indian food. There is one branch at Holland Village but haven’t been there.

For cheap and affordable food, there is Tandoori Corner at Balestier Shopping Centre, an al fresco eatery.
