la petit cusine at Serene Centre, now served by circle line Botanic Garden Station, patronised by french embassy people nearby

            cheap and good

              Wah! So many goodies here.

For french food I like Ember and Nicolas. Both on keong Siak street.

For Italian it’s Gattopardo for me! I heard Otto is good but have yet to try.
Duck confit at tavern is good too!!

Lots of new places for me to try out based on your recommendations. Thanks!

I recommended Wah Lok at Carlton Hotel in an earlier post. If you would like to experience the authentic feel of ordering from trolleys go for Red Star at Chin Swee. This is cheaper too πŸ˜‰
