My kid has been with this school since 2.5 years old (4 years already), starting with baby music class. The senior teachers are usually highly demanded and their charges are also higher. However, they are mostly fully booked. Its quite difficult to get the senior teachers. The counters will usually recommend the newer teachers who still have slots. Weekends time slots are even harder to get. (But I think this happens in most schools too).

Hi, my daughter is 2+yrs old now and I am thinking of putting her in Mandeville Baby Music class. Do you have any teachers to recommend? Did your child go through the Pre-schooler Music class as well? Any feedback?

For baby class, if there’s no change, only 1 or 2 teachers are conducting the class, so u don’t really need to go and choose teachers, unlike one- to-one class.

Agree with wcc. And these are the more senior teachers anyway, so you’re in good hands.

Any recommendation for a good violin teacher at Mandeville for 1-to-1 for my 6yr old kid?

I am incredibly disappointed with Mandeville and will be pulling out my kids from the school next year!

My children are with Mandeville and this is what I understand:

Mandeville's ensmeble classes are categorised into elementary, primary, intermediate, advanced and diploma levels, catering to students of different standards. e.g intermediate ensemble comprises students at ABRSM Grades 6 & 7 levels.

The ensemble classes are conducted by the same teachers. They have 2-3 teachers for each ensemble (depending on size of the class).

                😎
                Hi sautille,

Any good teacher to recommend for violin lesson at Mandeville? You can PM to me. I plan to sign up at Mandeville under beginner level for my 6 yr old.

                Thanks.
