      exercise with him or her, so the child will be motivated that the parent is doing together:) Introduce healthier eating and cutting down on sugary drinks and more home cooked food is better than popping any pills.

        think for kids the best way is to stay away from sugary stuff and fried food. If already not consuming much of both, then quite :scratchhead:

          I believe in reduce in unhealthy input and increase in exercise will be able to reduce the extra weight:)

            Kids have high metabolism rate so should lose weight easily. Eat more dishes but less rice (carbo)

              Exercise! Hubby and I always bring our 2 sons to bedok reservoir to jog at least 3 times a week.

                Daily walk almost 30 to 40 minutes is very good to reduce the fat from the body and helps to maintain the body fitness. Good and balanced diet is also very important fort he healthy body.

                  Encourage your child to play outside. Kids need at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day. Kids naturally expend energy and burn fat when they play active games, such as tag or ride their bikes.

                    Exercise is more effective. Jogging and running everyday or thrice a week would be a good exercise.

                        I totally agreed jog!! Almost make sure you dont eat junk food. Kids lose wt very fast cos they have very high metabolism.
