200 SMRT bus drivers refuse to go to work over pay issue

Ooi! Over 170 PRC went on illegal strike & only 4 get charged! Since when got such law that states as long as you are not the mastermind in illegal strikes, you can escape from punishment??? Regardless of who they are & where they are from, they must learn that (as the Chinese saying goes..) every house has its own rules, every country has its own laws. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse of committing crime. All should be punished & sent back home. Even individual illegal over-stayer is repatriated once they are caught, so how can an organized crime that involves over 170 people & pose greater risk to the country with their actions be let off? The authorities should follow LKY's footsteps in handling the SIA pilot strike saga & take swift & harsh punishment to send a strong signal to all, that the transport systems is not at anybody's mercy. No kowtowing to these people even if they have over 1b people behind them.

Anyway, those 4 Chinese men are arrested. The others who joined in the strike should be duly punished too...can't possibly let them off just bcos they went back to work soon after...but the very fact they participated is wrong.
Btw, where is the CEO? On holiday?

This country’s embassy intervene remind Singapore to observe Human Rights.
In the first place, this country doesnot observe any Human Rights at all when punishing their own citizen or foreigners who do underground religious matters.
Punish the master-mind, fine them and send them home without a single cent to feed their families. Who gain? the people who stayed behind and get better dorm. -

They don’t even allow some people to get a passport to travel overseas. Go and ask people in Tibet. They have small quota for passports which mean that many people are not allowed to travel overseas. Once their passports expire, it is not renewed. -
