I slept till 7am this morning. Had two hour nap this afternoon. Ate my 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. No afternoon tea break, no supper., no mid day coffee. A bowl of ginseng roots and cordyceps herbal soup during dinner.
Went for a 2 hour walk. Not bad for today
