      Tan Kee,

Do you have this problem since young?

nope. once age catches up, every part of the engine starts to fail šŸ˜‰

I guess we will all reach a certain age where metabolism will slow down. By that time, I guess I will stop eating carbo.

Reducing is probably good, but not altogether, I think. I believe that getting too high a proportion of calories from proteins and fats can be hard on the liver and kidneys.

100g butter is subjective and 1/4 is also subjective. šŸ˜‚

                      Weights is good. :rahrah: :rahrah:
Good for the bones and muscles.

I must do some regular weights too. :gloomy: The dumb bells I bought is gathering dust .

Not to spoil your positive spirit, but daily intake of saturated fat should be not more than 20 g. You do the maths šŸ˜‰
