Reducing is probably good, but not altogether, I think. I believe that getting too high a proportion of calories from proteins and fats can be hard on the liver and kidneys. -
I baked a dessert with only 100g of butter and ate only 1/4 of it
The remaining 1/4 will be for tmr ration 
I did weight lifts while watching kdrama. -

Not to spoil your positive spirit, but daily intake of saturated fat should be not more than 20 g. You do the maths
