My 2 boys and my nephew were eating teabreak and we were chatting...

Nephew : my mum never lets me do daredevil stuff like skateboarding.
Me : I guess it's because you are her precious son.
Nephew : i know. I am her only son.
Me : You ARE her only child, you know.
Ds1 (to me, sarcastically) : then does it mean that if i am gone, you can say,'it's ok, i still have another child?'

      :faint:

We have instilled in the children the practice to clear their plates, cups and

cutlery after every meal / snack since they were able to speak & understand
instructions. When they do forget once in awhile, we do remind them. πŸ˜‰

Now that we're getting old, i guess they're trying to remind us when we forget.

DD2 : Ehekhem.. whose cup is this? (In our room)

                Hubs : Mine? Why?

DD2 : Why didn't clear, huh, naughty boy..

Hubs : There's still water inside.

DD2 : Then, why didn't you finish it and put it in the sink?
DD2 : What if it topples and spills, huh... huh... 😐

Hubs : Because it is hot water. I'm waiting for it to cool a bit
before i drink it all up with my medicine... i'm not feeling well
so i don't want to drink cold water. Still need me to clear? :x

DD2 : Orh... Say lah... just now didn't say. πŸ˜‰

DD2 : I thought you forgot to clear, so i just wanted to remind you.

                DD2 : That's all. :please: Love u, dad. πŸ˜‰

                DD2 : :siam:

                Hubs :

My niece just got scolded from her grandmother. Following is the conversation with my niece when she was K1:

Me: why did you do this again?
                    Niece: ε€§δΊΊδΈζ‡‚ε°ε©εœ¨ζƒ³δ»€δΉˆοΌ
                    Me: Huh
