If you want a design that is completely customised, you could consider using adobe photoshop or illustrator. But it would take some time. The feeling you get after you accomplish it would be priceless.
my daughter used to do that… she isn’t even aware of it. but now she doesn’t, anymore. it wasn’t really stress-induced, i think it’s just a phase of her childhood. don’t worry! usually it goes away around in her teens.
