        Muffins:
maybe it's not the end of the world, but the end of the world, as we know it. Our world, to us, has been clean and green, and smooth sailing, but maybe in 2012, our world will end, AS WE KNOW IT RIGHT NOW), not forever.....

Maybe it will be our minds. I mean, maybe our minds will all receive a piece of knowledge that will CHANGE OUR WORLD forever, and there again comes the point of the as we know it thing.

What do ya guys think??? šŸ˜‰
Our earth is absolutely not forever unless everyone in the world do something about it in time. Like Al Gore said long ago, that sea level will rise, land will reduce, shores will erode. As a matter of fact, it is already happening every minute, since decades, possibly even longer.

Are we waiting for another big bang? I wonder if our bones will be the fossils of the next new generation of a universe.

Anyone can guess when is the end of the world? At the rate that we are wasting earth's resources. Maybe in 20 or 30 years, the world map will be different.

my guess is the human race will end,(dunno when, but not before PSLE results are announced)
          but mother Earth will remain,
and she will take her own sweet time to recover,
          from the mess we created.

The funny thing is, we humans keep wondering when the world will end without realizing that WE will end as a species and disappear from the face of the Earth long before it turns into a barren rock or gets swallowed up by the sun. History has shown how time and again, the most successful species of its time will wane and die off, or simply evolve into something completely different. Dinosaurs have not completely died off... they still remain, but as a much more docile species - the birds. With all the genetic engineering, radiation and other stuff that is going on, we should be wondering what we as humans would be evolving into.

My emo girl brought this up a few days ago. Said her frens were all talking about the 2012 end of world stuff. Asked her what did her friends say will happen. She said they all said the whole earth will explode/implode and there will no longer be an earth. Told her then there is nothing to be worried about, cos if that were to happen, no one will be left behind. All of us will be gone. She gave me a disgusted look. Like saying why you this mummy like that one, cannot be bothered. Haha.

I told her further that my worst fear as a mother is for something to happen and I have to leave them behind to fend for themselves and as a wife, is to be left behind to face the rest of my life without my other half. She thought for a while and said yah, I also very scared that you will leave me. So I told her if the whole world were going to go, everyone will be going together so I will not be leaving anyone behind and neither will I be left behind so no fear.
