Yup, considered small eaters. Mil commented that she prefers my sil family who are bigger eaters and always manage to finish her food.

Wet market is not within walking distance so I buy from the nearest ntuc.

My seasoning is sesame oil, pepper and soy sauce for meat. Sometimes, use teriyaki or dark soy sauce. Vege is stir fry with garlic and salt. Also steam chicken with red dates and mushroom. My cooking is really so so only. Mil is a good cook and we all look forward to dinner at her place every fri.

I only cook dinner. One vege and chicken or pork with mushroom or tofu. Sometimes, fried egg or steamed egg. Seldom take seafood. Weekend, we eat out.

Within the 1st mth, landlord need to replace or repair spoilt stuff. After that, tenant pay for cost within $150.

You need to check and ensure your tenant has the relevant work permit if they are not locals.

I have been using Samsung WM. Noisy but value for money. In this weather, it is difficult for clothes to dry. I have considering getting a dryer but not sure of the increase in utilities costs.
