Yes, I think so too. Still a buyer’s market.
Went to see a few units and their agents kept calling us and pushing for their units.

People really don’t mind paying for the additional buyer stamp duty? Like heart pain hor.

Are you buying for own stay or investment? If own stay, can consider if you really like the unit. If investment, rental still sucks. I stay at Sengkang, scary to see the number of condo and ec coming up. Still have to compete with the HDB. :slapshead:

DD told me average gpa for year 1 is 3.54. Not sure accurate or not.


Considering that she only has Maths tuition, I am happy with her results.

only child is really lonely. when he/she is young, there are 2 parents attending to one...but when the parents are old, it's 1 child attending to both...and when he/she gets married, it will be challenging for the only child to attend to elderly parents and the own family. there is no sibling to discuss family matters with.

From what I observe, one child usually will do more. Does not mean both will take care of parents. Depends on the child. One of my ex colleagues told me she was tired taking care of her dad who had a stroke. Her brother refused to help....

More children means more responsibilities... take up more energy and more heavy on financials. Everything is like double... pocket money, bus fare, enrichment fees...maybe I feel this way because I am not working. But if working and have to take care of 2 kids... also tiring..

I really don’t mind having just one child ...it’s hubby who wanted two....I find that working mother in Singapore have to work, manage the household, children school work...everything else....

Just finished preparing ingredients for dinner and hanging the laundry. Now, enjoying some me time!

No,they will alight from the bus and walk up the sheltered staircase to our block.My block is just beside the bus stop.

I am also concerned about academic matters too.Hopefully,their teachers will teach in a way that they can understand and the girls can follow along too.

That good. How about their school side? Must also alert them about strangers. With your coaching, your girls should be in a better position to cope.
