babynicole:Hi BabynicoleHi, Homeworkmummy,
Can share which enrichment centre your gal is in and in which level ? I am equally struggling with paper 2
it's the much talked about \"The Learning Lab\". Her comprehension has improved really a lot. She used to be a borderline case for comprehension (e.g. 5/10) but since attended TLL, she has managed to get 8 or 9/10 for her comprehension. Well, I guess not all credit should go to TLL, she did put in effort as well.... She likes her teacher and enjoys her class at TLL..
This is my experience after sending DS to their English classes. Their science class is also very good, my DS went for both English and Science. But I find for Science, it is still possible to find good and clear science tutors or centres. But for English, they stand out because I have not been able to find any tutor or centre that teaches like them. The teachers are very clear and the way they teach creative writing not only gives children a lot of clear strategies to use but my DS really got much more confident in writing and his love for writing grew by leaps and bounds after attending TAS.
